The Bills returned to practice Wednesday ready to put Sunday's comeback win over Oakland behind them. They returned to practice to focus on New England.
Some Bills players say it's not a concern. Others, like wide receiver David Nelson, who's only been around for two of the 15-losses to the Patriots, take full ownership.
"When you become a part of this team, you become a part of that streak," Nelson told News 4 Sports. "Guys who haven't played here become a part of that 15-game streak. They're a part of that streak now, because they're a part of this team, they're a part of this franchise, so they're a part of that. We're all taking on that responsibility together, and we're gonna come out this week and work, and we're gonna do our best to try to end that streak."
Veteran defensive end Kyle Williams wasn't offering any guarantees about the outcome of this week's game, other than to say the Bills will give New England everything they've got.
"No matter how it goes down, we're gonna give em hell," Williams said.
Bills receiver Stevie Johnson was a spectator at practice Wednesday, as he continues to nurse his injured groin. Linebacker Kirk Morrison and Defensive End Spencer Johnson also missed practice with injuries.
