ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Bills have a new backup quarterback, trading a draft pick to Seattle for former Seahawks and Vikings starter Tarvaris Jackson.
Jackson, a former second round pick, comes over after losing out to Russell Wilson for the starting job in Seattle.
He threw for 3,091 yards last season, making 14 starts for the Seahawks, only to see the team sign Matt Flynn and draft Wilson in the offseason.
