BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Christian Laettner is back at home this week, hosting a basketball camp at his alma mater, Nichols.
"I don't come home enough, and I miss it," said Laettner. "Every time I'm here I get a little homesick."
Laettner became a basketball star at Duke, then enjoyed a 13 year NBA career. He now lives in Florida, but intends to make this an annual trip back home.
"I regret not doing camps before this year. I should have been doing it the last ten years, so that's a mistake, and I hope to do it for the next 20 years," said Laettner.
This week's camp runs through Thursday at Nichols.
