PITTSFORD, N.Y. (WIVB) - One of the position battles to watch during training camp is the left guard position, but Bills Head Coach Doug Marrone seems underwhelmed so far.
Colin Brown and free agent pick-up Doug Legursky have both taken snaps with the first team at left guard through the first four days of training camp. That rotation could be expanding later this week.
"I think both players are doing the best they can," said Marrone. "I think that we have to look to maybe throw someone else in the mix. I don't know if I see the separation that I liked to see right now. That will be a discussion tomorrow to see if someone else can go there and see if someone else can step up and separate themselves."
The Bills signed guard Antoine Caldwell Sunday, who has experience as an NFL starter. He could be an option, along with second-year lineman David Snow.
