PHOENIX (AP) — The Phoenix Suns have waived guard-forward James Nunnally.
The move reduces the team's roster to 17. It must be down to at least 15 for the regular season opener.
The Suns begin their first season under coach Jeff Hornacek next Wednesday night at home against Portland.
Nunnally appeared in four preseason games.
