ORCHARD PARK, NY (WIVB) - Bills running backs CJ Spiller and Fred Jackson are nursing injuries following Sunday's 23-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens. Spiller has an ankle injury. Jackson has a left knee injury. It is the same injury he dealt with last year, except it is the left knee as opposed to the right. Both players are aiming to play in Thursday's game against the Brown.
"If it was a Sunday game, I would definitely say I would be out there. But like I said I am going to do everything I can to position myself to be out there," Spiller explained. " If I can get my self to 80 to 85 percent, I think that will be good enough for me to play."
Jackson appeared a bit more confident about his chances of playing Thursday.
"I feel exactly about what I thought I would feel, a little sore, doing a lot of treatments. I have already been twice to the training room today to get ready," Jackson said. " But barring any major setbacks I will be able to play on Thursday.
Kick-off is at 8:25 in Cleveland.
