BOSTON, NY (WIVB) - On Friday around noon State Police received a call from a neighbor regarding a possible burglary in progress on Back Creek Rd, in the Town of Boston, NY.
The neighbor followed the three suspects who fled the area in a black Kia SUV and notified the State Police.
Boston State Police located the suspect vehicle on a dirt road off of Cole Rd, in Boston.
22 year-old Michael Dulski of Blasdell, 19 year-old Zachary McMahon,of Orchard Park and 18 year-old Jeffrey Pusateri of Lackawanna were taken into custody with the assistance of the Erie County Sheriffs Department.
They were charged with third degree burglary, arraigned in the Town of Boston Court and remanded to the Erie County holding Center on $5,000 cash bail.
