BUFFALO,NY (WIVB) - Narcotics Units from the Erie County Sheriffs and Buffalo Police arrested two people while executing a search warrant at a Janice Street home.
37-year old Curtis Johnson and 22-year old Erin Cameron were subdued while fleeing from the property when law enforcement officials served the warrant.
The two were charged with criminal possession of a a narcotic drug with intent to sell (a B felony), criminal possession of a narcotic drug (a C felony), criminal possession of a loaded firearm, criminal possession of stolen property, endangering the welfare of a child less than 17 years old and additional charges.
Police say they recovered approximately 75 bags of heroin and a quantity marijuana, crack cocaine all packaged for sale from the address. A 15- year old male (Curtis Johnson's son) was present in the lower portion of the residence. Johnson and Cameron were remanded to the Erie County Holding Center pending their arraignment in Buffalo City Court.
