FARMERSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A motorcycle passenger has died from injuries sustained in an accident early Sunday evening along Rt. 16 in the Town of Farmersville.
State Police say around 4 p.m., a motorcycle driven by Richard Kruse, 73, of Delevan left the roadway on a curve and hit an embankment, ejecting Kruse and his passenger, 70-year-old Janet Lexer, also of Delevan.
Lexer suffered head injuries in the crash and passed away at ECMC on Monday. Kruse is in stable condition with neck injuries.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
