Marlee Tuskes

Marlee Tuskes joined the News 4 team as a reporter in March of 2019. She is a Buffalo native and is thrilled to work for her hometown.

Marlee started her career at WUTR in Utica, N.Y. where she worked as a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor and producer.

She is a 2017 graduate from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications where she received an M.S. in Broadcast and Digital Journalism. She also received a B.A. in communication and minored in journalism at University at Buffalo.

Marlee says her love for storytelling really started after studying foreign reporting in Berlin, Germany where she covered topics ranging from the growing number of ex-pats to profiling tour guides around the city.

Marlee has an interest in political reporting, especially after her time spent reporting in D.C. and covering the hotly contested NY-22 congressional race in November 2018.

When she’s not reporting, Marlee loves to hike, explore local restaurants and support the Buffalo Bills.
