Sarah is a Western New York native and Emmy nominee who grew up in North Buffalo and is happy to call the city home again. 

After attending SUNY Buffalo State College for a B.A. in Journalism, Sarah then attended Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University for a M.S. in Broadcast & Digital Journalism. 

Prior to News 4 Buffalo, Sarah spent two years as a multimedia journalist in Erie, Pennsylvania at WICU/WSEE, the NBC/CBS affiliate. 

Previous jobs/internships:

• Interned at WIVB-TV during undergrad as a news intern and then again as part of a master’s degree capstone
• News 4 Buffalo’s Washington DC correspondent during the summer of 2017
• Also interned at Spectrum News in Buffalo, N.Y. and Spectrum News in Syracuse, N.Y. 

When she’s not working she’s usually spending time with family, including her adorable nieces and nephews, running around Delaware Park, or indulging in a good book.
