Judge rules Enterprise and Westminster Charter Schools can remain open for upcoming school year

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two charter schools in Buffalo are fighting to survive have scored a big win in the courtroom.

A judge is allowing Enterprise Charter School and Westminster Charter School to stay open for the upcoming school year. The Buffalo school board voted to close the two schools back in March.

The district plans to appeal Friday’s ruling.
