BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Western New Yorkers are getting an early start to Halloween celebrations.

Hundreds turned out for the “Hertel Spooktacular” in North Buffalo. People were dressed to the nines, in their best costumes to collect candy from businesses.

People said it felt great to get out of the house to celebrate halloweeen this year.
