James Holzhauer did it again. The Las Vegas native and professional gambler continued his impressive streak on Jeopardy Wednesday night.
His 20-day total has reached more than $1.5 million.
Holzhauer crushed his opponents. Heading into the Final Jeopardy round, he had more than $60,000 in his pocket for his twentieth performance.
The other two contestants combined for less than $11,000.
Holzhauer has been sharing stories about his daughter on the show, and last night, he continued. He said his Jeopardy winnings will allow her to see more and more of the world we live in.
“She has been to 14 countries now, and I am really hoping that she can see the distance between us and other cultures is not as great as sometimes we think it is,” Holzhauer said. “But now, all she cares about is what country has the best playgrounds.”
Holzhauer will go for his twenty-first win Thursday night at 7:30 on WIVB.
