37-Year-old Richard White Jr. of High Street in Brockport is facing multiple charges after his motor vehicle was involved in a crash while his license was suspended.

The Genesee County Sheriff says White Jr. was involved in a crash on North Bergen Road in February.

He was allegedly intoxicated and under the influence of drugs at the time of the crash. He’s charged with vehicular assault, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, DWI, following too closely, and DWAI.

Officials say a passenger sustained serious physical injury.

White Jr. was arraigned in Byron Town Court and released on his own recognition.

He’s scheduled to return to court at a later date.
