The Bills gave up an un specified draft pick in the trade.
Coleman was the 15th overall selection by the Browns in the 2016 NFL Draft. Since entering the league Coleman has amassed 718 receiving yards and scored five touchdowns.
The receiver was a highly touted prospect after posting back-to-back 1,000 yard receiving season with the Baylor Bears. He won Fred Biletnikoff trophy and was also named an All-American in 2015.
