BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man has been indicted on felony charges of predatory sexual assault and unlawful imprisonment.

According to prosecutors, Bryam Bassett, 28, restrained a woman inside a Riverside apartment over a three-day period this past May.

During this time, officials say Bassett physically and sexually abused the woman.

If convicted, he could spend 25 years to life in prison.

Bassett remains in custody without bail, and will be back in court on July 30.
