Cheektowaga man arrested for multiple daytime break-ins


Multiple agencies worked together to arrest a Cheektowaga man in connection to a group of daytime break-ins in February near the border of West Seneca and Cheektowaga on Clinton Street.

Liam Date, arrested on Wednesday, is charged with three counts of burglary, one count of attempted burglary and numerous related charges, according to authorities.

At his arraignment, Date’s bail was set at $10,000.

Detectives from Cheektowaga, West Seneca and North Tonawanda worked together in the investigation leading to Date’s arrest in Cheektowaga and West Seneca.
