Buffalo police say an arrest has been made in a double shooting near Jefferson and E. Delavan avenues.
The incident happened early Saturday morning around 3:40 a.m. Police say it was domestic in nature.
Both victims, a 23-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman were treated and released from ECMC.
Elon Fitzgerald, 25, was charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
