Buffalo man indicted on multiple charges after fatal shooting on Hagen St.

A Buffalo man has been indicted on charges of intentional murder, depraved indifference murder, attempted murder, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.

Prosecutors say Lemuele Jackson, 31, fired multiple shots into a group of people on Hagen St. last month.

The incident occurred outside of a house party around 10:40 p.m. on August 4.

Santana Anderson, 26, was fatally shot in the head. Another woman, who was only identified as a 36-year-old, was shot in the leg, but she survived.

If convicted of the charges against him, Jackson could spend 50 years to life in prison.
