A car hit a pedestrian in Jamestown on Sunday night.
Police responded to the area of Washington St. at Forest Ave. around 8:20 p.m.
According to police, the car was headed south on Washington when it hit a 47-year-old man in the roadway near Forest.
The pedestrian suffered serious injuries, and is in stable condition at a hospital.
No charges have been filed in relation to the accident.
