BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A fentanyl dealer has admitted to his crime and now faces 15 years in jail.

Prosecutors say that on two separate occasions in January and February, Robert Smith, 29, sold the powerful painkiller to an undercover officer with the New York State Police.

After this, State Police searched Smith’s Gilette St. home, where they found 159 packages of fentanyl, packaging materials, two scales and more than $6,400 in cash.
