CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) — A former coach and substitute teacher at Cheektowaga-Sloan Union Free School District has been indicted on multiple charges related to child pornography and enticement of a minor.

Steven Gasiorek, 33, could spend anywhere between 15 years and life in prison if he is convicted of the charges listed in the 18-count indictment.

Along with that, he could also be forced to pay a $250,000 fine if convicted.

According to prosecutors, Gasiorek made an Instagram account using the name “LEXIGURL1015” to make himself appear to be a teenage girl from California.

Officials say Gasiorek did this in order to get a 14-year-old Virginia boy to send pornographic images of himself to him.

While investigating, authorities took a laptop computer and an external hard drive that contained numerous images of child porn from his home.

Prosecutors believe Gasiorek had been trying to get children to produce pornography for several years.

According to the indictment against him, Gasiorek is accused of coercing six minors to engage in sexual activity in order to produce a visual depiction of the conduct.

He was also charged with enticing the minors and receiving the pornography created at his request.
