Fredonia police have charged a man with promoting a sexual performance by a child.
The arrest of David Tobio, a Carol Ave. resident, concluded an investigation by Fredonia police and the FBI.
Tobio’s residence had been searched, and during that time, several items were seized and analyzed.
Tobio was held in custody pending his arraignment in Village of Fredonia Court.
