Man arrested for the second day in a row for allegedly doing donuts with car

RANDOLPH, N.Y. (WIVB) — For the second day in a row, police near Jamestown had an altercation with a Randolph man who is accused of illegally doing donuts twice.

Police say they arrested James Fiebelkorn on Tuesday for doing donuts in the middle of Randolph’s Main Street while drunk. Wednesday police arrested him for allegedly doing donuts in his car in his yard to get rid of the grass — subsequently flinging it onto his neighbor’s property.

Fiebelkorn, who is pictured twice smirking in his mug shots, was charged Tuesday with DWI and other tickets. Wednesday he was charged with fourth degree criminal mischief and committed to jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.

Both times Fiebelkorn was arrested, bystanders called in to report the dangerous activities.
