CONCORD, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Erie County Sheriff's Office says a driver with six active suspensions was arrested on drug and vehicle charges Tuesday night.
Around 7 p.m., a deputy went to check on the status of a vehicle on the shoulder of Route 219 in Concord.
Authorities say they discovered that the driver's license of 38-year-old Collins resident Nicole Jachim had active suspensions.
While searching the vehicle, they say they found two Suboxone strips, crack cocaine and a crack pipe.
Jachim was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic law violation.
