BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two teens have been charged with stealing a vehicle that had a two-month-old child inside.

Buffalo police say Aaron Williams, 18, of Niagara Falls, and a 15-year-old from Buffalo took the vehicle near Hertel Ave. and Niagara St.

The child's mother, 25-year-old Jacqualynne Miles Miller, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

The teens were also charged in relation to an armed robbery that police say happened on Friday night.

In that situation, police say they robbed a person exiting their car on Niagara St., taking $200 and the victim's phone.

The teens were charged with first-degree robbery.
