Kodak Black, the rapper who was arrested at a nearby border crossing last month and subsequently spent time in the Niagara County Jail, is again in legal trouble, according to the Associated Press.
The AP cites a U.S. Marshals Service news release which states that Black was arrested in Miami, where the Rolling Loud Music Festival was taking place at Hard Rock Stadium. The Marshals statement said Black, whose real name is Bill Kapri, was charged with a crime in connection with weapons but didn't elaborate further.
On April 17, Kodak Black was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana after he and three other men were detained by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Lewison-Queenston International Bridge.
State police said there were loaded guns and marjiuana inside the vehicles. Border officials say Kodak Black admitted to having those things in the SUV.
The AP reports that in Florida, the 21-year-old Kapri has been charged at different times with drug and weapons possession, armed robbery, sexual assault, probation violations and fleeing from officers.
