There have been calls for a change in leadership for the Buffalo Diocese over the past several months. It began over the summer, following allegations of clergy sex abuse and the release of the names of 42 accused priests by the Buffalo Diocese.
Bishop Richard Malone has apologized for the actions of the accused priests. However, he says he plans to remain as the Bishop of Buffalo, despite calls for him to resign.
News 4’s Don Postles recently sat down with Bishop Malone for an exclusive interview.
