This afternoon Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz announced he filed his petitions to get on the ballot for county executive.
On Twitter, Poloncarz shared a picture of him handing in over 12,000 signatures on his petition to the Board of Elections.
Just filed more than 12,000 signatures of Democratic voters to officially qualify for the ballot for this year’s county executive election! Thank you to all who signed my petition and especially to the hundreds of volunteers who walked in very cold temps to get these signatures. pic.twitter.com/4oIOBfNolD— Mark Poloncarz (@markpoloncarz) April 3, 2019
