The criminal case against Rep. Chris Collins is moving forward.
A federal judge has set court deadlines in February and March for motions and needed documents.
He also slated evidence hearings for Sep. 5 and 6, if needed.
Jury selection in the case was already set to begin on Feb. 3, 2020.
Collins was arrested last August and charged with insider trading and lying to the FBI.
After being re-elected in November, Collins said he would keep his seat, despite the upcoming trial.
