General Motors CEO Mary Barra and Executive VP Gerald Johnson visited with employees at the Tonawanda Engine plant today.
This is the first time Barra has visited the Tonawanda plant.
She spent the afternoon speaking to the workforce on products that have been built at the plant.
Barra, who joined GM 39 years ago, is a second-generation GM employee.
Her father was a die maker at a Pontiac, Michigan plant.
