New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced he is issuing an executive order to give all parolees the right to vote.
Gov. Cuomo says it is unconscionable to deny voting rights to New Yorker who have re-entered society.
The New York State Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) oversees approximately 35,500 parolees.
Gov. Cuomo also says the state is also launching an investigation into bail bondsmen who extort the poor at their highest point of pain.
