Study: Eating oranges lessens risk of macular degeneration

According to an Australian study, people who eat oranges every day are 60 percent less likely to develop macular degeneration compared to those who never eat them.

Researchers suggest antioxidant properties in oranges can protect against the eye disease.

They also say even one serving per week helps.
