Study: People who stay positive more likely to be healthier than others

Health

(WIVB) — A new study finds people who make a choice to stay positive, even in the face of life’s most challenging trials, are more likely to be healthier people.

Researchers say they have fewer heart complications and are less likely to die prematurely, compared with people who are negative.

The study’s author says the level of optimism matters, too; the more you have, the healthier you are.
