A 20-year-old Holland man is facing multiple charges after being stopped for an expired inspection in the Village of Attica on Saturday night. 

Attica Police charged Jonathan C. Rowe, 20, of Holland with driving while ability impaired by drugs, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance,  obstructing a government official resisting arrest, no inspection, driving with an obstructed view, no/illegal front windshield, and unlawful possession of marijuana. 

He was released on a condition and scheduled to reappear in Village of Attica Court in July.
