IJC: Lake Ontario water flowing out at unprecedented levels


Water is flowing out of Lake Ontario at unprecedented levels.

The International Joint Commission says it’s because of the recent mild weather.

Officials with the commission say they’ll try to keep water flowing as much as possible this winter to keep the lake from flooding later this year.
