BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — In less than six weeks, Western New York has suffered through two record-setting storms, the second of which took dozens of lives and blocked emergency response crews from providing critical services.
Now, one City Councilman if filing resolutions to make sure that the area is more prepared next time a similar storm hits.
The Councilman for Buffalo’s South District, Christopher Scanlon, joined News 4 at 4 on Monday to talk about those resolutions.
