Absentee voting hours extended in Erie County


Absentee voting hours in Erie County have been extended.

The county’s Board of Elections says hours will be extended through Nov. 3.

The Board of Elections offices at 134 W. Eagle St. in Buffalo will be open at the following times:

  • 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 30
  • 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 1
  • 9 a.m. — 7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 2
  • 9 a.m. – Noon, Saturday, Nov. 3

The final day to postmark an application for an absentee ballot is Oct. 30. Nov. 5 is the last day to apply in person.

On Nov. 6, Election Day, absentee ballots can be delivered in person between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m.
