ALLEGANY COUNTY, N.Y. (WIVB)–The SPCA of Allegany County announced on their Facebook page that their longest shelter resident found a home.
In the Facebook post, the organization says Sissy found her perfect family, and they couldn’t be happier for her.
Sissy spent more than 1,300 days at the shelter.
