HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB)– The proposed Amazon warehouse in Hamburg is taking another step forward.

Tuesday the town’s industrial development agency voted to approve nearly seven-million dollars in tax breaks for the project. The 47-million dollar facility will be built at Route Five and Bayview Road.

Amazon is expected to hire 100-people to work at the warehouse. Half of those jobs will be part-time.
