Several people were arrested at Tuesday’s “Dead and Company” concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center. 

Two people were arrested for allegedly selling balloons filled with nitrous oxide. 

Mark L. Olson, 48, of San Diego, Calif. and Joshua A. Thompson, 23, of Woodbury, New Jersey, were charged with sale of hazardous inhalants. 

Both were arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail. 

Also arrested were:

  • Michael D. Kopyscianski age 33 of Bronx, NY, charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after allegedly being found to be in possession of heroin. He was arraigned and held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
  • Roger J. Furman, 54 of Enfield, NY, charged with third degree criminal trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. He was arraigned and held in lieu of $250 bail. 
  • Alicia M Trace-Stephenson, 42, of Ontario, Canada, charged with  third degree criminal trespass after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. She was arraigned and held in lieu of $150 bail.
