Arrests at G-Eazy concert at Darien Lake

DARIEN CENTER, N.Y. (WIVB) - Several people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff's Office during the G-Eazy concert Friday night at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center. 

  • Terrance Falk, 19, of Batavia, was charged with second degree harassment, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest after allegedly yelling obscenities while being ejected from the venue, head-butting a Live Nation employee in the face, and fighting with law enforcement. He was held in lieu of $500 bail. 
  • Kaitlyn M. Kist, 19, of Derby, was charged with third degree criminal trespassing after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. She was held in lieu of $200 bail. 
  • Brittany McGruther, 22, of Lockport, was charged with criminal trespassing after allegedly reentering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. She was held in lieu of $200 bail.  
  • A 16-year-old male from Amherst was charged with false personation, obstruction of a government official, and resisting arrest after allegedly being refused entry to the concert venue, running into a restricted area, fighting with law enforcement and giving officers a false name. He was held in lieu of $2,000 bail. 
  • Michaela Bohn, 18, of Batavia, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after allegedly being found in possession of a small amount of cocaine and heroin. She was released on an appearance ticket. 
  • Adam Vargas, 20, of Barker, was charged with trespassing after allegedly attempting to reenter the venue after being ejected. 
  • John Rozmus, 23, of Buffalo, was charged with disorderly conduct. 
  • Kaylin Carlson, 19, of Bloomfield, was charged with second degree harassment for allegedly punching another person in the face. 
  • Timothy Trask, 19, of Erin, was charged with second degree harassment for allegedly shoving a law enforcement officer. 
  • Ashley Jolliff, 22, of Tonawanda, was charged with second degree harassment for allegedly shoving a law enforcement officer. 
  • A 17-year-old from Angola was charged with trespassing after allegedly climbing on top of a concession stand and entering a restricted area. 
  • A 17-year-old from Williamsville was charged with trespassing after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being told not to return. 

Three people were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
