The 21st annual cycle the Erie Canal Tour started kicked off Saturday.

More than 650 riders will be riding 400 miles during the trip stopping at
several historical sites to learn about the canal and its affects on our state.

Organizers say that it is a once in a lifetime experience that anyone can take part in.
