(WIVB) – The Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority is moving forward with plan to redevelop three of its properties.
It voted to enter negotiations with three development teams on Thursday.
Work will be done at the Perry, Marine Drive, and Shaffer Village properties.
It’s expected to start in 2022.
Mayor Byron Brown released a statement saying in part that this will be one of the largest development investments in Buffalo over the next decade.
