Erie County Sheriff’s deputies say they arrested a man after he chased a woman through the parking lot of a Broadway health clinic Wednesday evening. 

When deputies arrived on the scene, they were approached by a woman who requested assistance, telling them a man was chasing her. 

Moments later, the man approached deputies, accusing the woman of taking his money and requesting that she return $10 he gave her for a sexual act. 

An investigation revealed the woman, Nicole Swanson, 22, of Niagara Falls, had two active warrants out for her arrest in Buffalo for drug- and prostitution-related charges. She was taken into custody. 

The man, Alain Mugisha, 25, of Buffalo, was charged with patronizing a prostitute and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
