Buffalo man indicted in connection to murder inside mechanic shop

A Buffalo man accused of shooting and killing a man inside an auto repair shop was indicted, according to Erie County District Attorney John Flynn.

36-year-old James Robbs is charged with second degree murder and second degree criminal possession of a weapon. 

Officials say on September 1, 2018, Robbs allegedly shot 32-year-old Michael Jenkins, Jr. multiple times inside a mechanic shop on East Ferry Street near Ernst Avenue in Buffalo.

Robbs is being held without bail.

If convicted, he faces 25 years to life in prison.
