Buffalo police: 4-year-old grazed by bullet

Buffalo police say a four-year-old girl was grazed by a bullet and brought to Sisters’ Hospital Thursday evening. 

The incident happened around 10:20 p.m. on the 300 block of Lasalle Ave. near Comstock. Officers responded to a report of shots fired.

The four-year-old, who was driven in a civilian vehicle, had serious injuries and was transferred to Oishei Children’s Hospital.

According to police, the child, who is in serious condition, was not the intended target of the shooting. She was in a vehicle at the time.

A Go Fund Me page has been set up to help with the child’s medical bills and counseling appointments.
