BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Buffalo Police Department's SWAT team responded Monday to an apartment in the 100 block of Seneca Street for a report of a suicidal man inside.
According to police, the man has barricaded himself inside.
Traffic was affected in the area, with the Exit 6 (Elm Street) ramps of the I-190 North and South closing.
Seneca Street was closed from Oak Street past Michigan Avenue and Swan Street was closed from Michigan Avenue past Seneca Street.
