BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo Police tell News 4 a 26-year-old Buffalo man is in serious condition at ECMC after being shot Friday afternoon.

Officers tell us they responded to the call just before 1 p.m. in the 500 block of 7th Street.
